Palace Theater and
Barnes and Noble Bookstore in Sundance Square
The Plaza Theater and Barnes and Noble Bookstore
have been the anchor of the Sundance Square redevelopment since
their opening in the late 1990's.

Interesting note: the Palace was actually painted brown
until just weeks before opening when it was decided that
the building should be pink. Sure enough, we had the
color changed before opening day. |
